Steven A. Raymund has served as a Director of the Company since January 1996.

Raymund began his career at Tech Data Corporation in 1981 as Operations Manager.

He became Chief Operating Officer in 1981 and reached the position of Chief Executive Officer in 1986.

Since 1991, Raymund has also served as Tech Data's Chairman of the Board.
