Chairman

William D. Morean served as Chief Executive Officer until September 2000.

He has served as Chairman of the Board since 1988 and as a Director since 1978.

Morean joined the Company in 1977 and assumed management of day-to-day operations the following year. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Morean served as President and Vice President and held various operating positions.

Morean attended Western Michigan University, where he studied aviation.
